Followers of Christ have been invited to join God as He carries out His redemptive plan in the world. Though the world we live in is fallen and cursed, the gospel of Jesus Christ is the means by which the world is being made right. The Church, meaning all believers in all places, is the instrument by which God is fulfilling His redemptive plan. This makes the opportunity to join a local church much more than just a commitment to attend services and meetings. It is the call to be involved and committed to the life-changing work of our God.
